The Centre is headed by a Director. In the director’s absence, their responsibilities are fulfilled by the Deputy Director – Senior Forensic Medical Expert. The Director is supported by an Assistant to the Director and oversees several administrative divisions, while forensic operations are carried out under the supervision of departmental directors.

The Scientific and Methodological Council operates as an advisory body in accordance with the Centre’s statutes, providing expert guidance on professional and methodological issues.
