  • 2007–2012 – Introduced an effective quality management system in the Health Inspectorate in accordance with ISO 17020 standards, using QPR Process Designer (Quality. Process. Results.) software
  • 2007–2009 – Established a national health supervision and control system by merging three separate inspectorates into the Health Inspectorate
  • 1997–2007 – Developed and managed a national supervision system for food chainpublic health, chemicals, and cosmetics, aligning it with EU regulations
